and our private cave tour in the Phong Nha-Kẻ Bàng National Park was a

in that you as the traveler work out your places of interest and a rough itinerary of your travel
goals along with the requisite budget for your trip, share these goals with Pure Nam who will then book
your hotels, tours, trains and planes in Vietnam, all you need to do is book your international flights, and

We were met at the airports or train stations by a driver holding a name sign, the hotels were spot on for the
budget that I set and the tours, two days on Halong Bay, three days trekking in Phu Luong Reserve, a
half day visit to the tunnels, and a day in Angkor Wat were both professionally guided and prompt. All
transport was in new vehicles and timely. Lastly and most important, I found Pure Nam to be attentive and responsive to any correspondence
whether while traveling in country or from the east coast of the US with a twelve hour time differential.

to our wishes extremely well. We told Pure Nam that we were looking for a “hybrid” trip composed of both guided experiences
as well as time for us to relax and explore on our own. We spent a few days on the beach, a few days touring historic cities,
took an overnight train to the Mekong Delta, and also opted to spend New Year’s Eve in Hanoi, where we were treated to a stay
at an outstanding hotel with excellent service and a killer rooftop pool! The communication with Pure Nam was excellent,
everything was carefully planned, and whatever minor issues that came up were addressed before we even knew about them (like
the flooding in Hoi An), or were promptly taken care of with a simple phone call to Pure Nam. We found several different
tour companies advertising their services, and we’re glad that we trusted Pure Nam for our trip. Pure Nam seemed to
understand exactly what we were looking for and not only knew where to find it in Vietnam, but also how to make sure that
we were well looked after every step of the way. We had an amazing trip!
